China Machinery Industry Federation (CMFA) announced the operation of machinery industry in the first half of the year on the 7th. In the first half of the year, the industry's economy was running smoothly and better. The growth rate of major economic indicators exceeded the national industrial average. Production and sales grew steadily, orders were better than expected, investment was improved, and the endogenous power of development was strengthened.
The growth rate of value added will increase month by month. Since this year, the growth rate of value-added of machinery industry has been increasing month by month, from 7% in January-February to 7.6% in the first quarter to 8.4% in June. Although still lower than the same period last year, but higher than the national industrial and manufacturing 1.7 and 1.5 percentage points.
Steady economic growth. From January to June, the main business income of machinery industry reached 11.24 trillion yuan, an increase of 10.41% over the same period of the year, and the total profit reached 761.5 billion yuan, an increase of 6.73%. The two indicators have achieved steady growth. But compared with the previous year, the growth rate of main business income and gross profit fell by 1.19 and 7.96 percentage points, respectively.
In the first half of the year, the output of the 120 major products monitored by the machinery industry increased by 76, accounting for 63%, 18 less than that of the previous year; and the output of 44 products decreased by 37%, 19 more than that of the previous year. Among them, the output of 14 kinds of products decreased from a year earlier to a year earlier, and the output of 33 kinds of products decreased from a year earlier.
The output growth of the main products has the following characteristics: First, the output of the products closely related to the people's livelihood consumer market has maintained a steady and rapid growth, such as passenger car production and sales increased by 3.2% and 4.6% respectively compared with the same period last year, and the output of refrigeration equipment, electric forklift trucks, portable electric tools and other products have increased by more than 10%. Second, products related to environmental protection and pollution control continue to increase sales, such as water pollution prevention and control equipment, solid waste treatment equipment, noise and vibration control equipment, such as output over 20% year-on-year. Third, the growth trend of products related to intelligent manufacturing industry is good, such as industrial automatic control instruments and control systems, analytical instruments and devices, testing machines, industrial robots output growth rate of 17% - 42% year-on-year. Fourthly, construction machinery products continued to grow at a high speed on the basis of a high base last year. Excavators grew by 60%, and the output of loaders, bulldozers, graders and truck cranes exceeded 30%. Fifthly, all kinds of spare parts products serving the whole machine have been increasing. The output of hydraulic components and dies has increased by about 20%, and the output of bearings, valves, pneumatic components and forgings has increased by about 10%.
